This policy explains what personal data Apiquiti ("we", "us") collects through apiquiti.com, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.
Information we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Demo and Quote requests: the email address, time zone, optional phone number and message you enter in our "Request a Demo" or "Request a Quote" forms.
- Chatbot conversations: the questions and messages you send to our on-site chat assistant.
- Usage data: anonymised, aggregate analytics about how visitors use the site (see "Cookies" below).
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, provide the sandbox or Enterprise service you've requested, and improve the site. We don't sell your personal data.
Third-party processors
Demo and Quote form submissions are delivered to us using FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service. Site usage analytics are processed using Google Analytics. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember that you've accepted this cookie notice, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand aggregate site usage. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
