These terms govern your use of apiquiti.com and, where applicable, the Apiquiti sandbox and Enterprise platform. By using the site or the platform, you agree to them.

Using the site

You may browse apiquiti.com and submit enquiries through our Demo, Quote and chat forms for legitimate business purposes. Please don't use the site or its forms to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

The sandbox and Enterprise service

The free sandbox is provided for evaluation and testing and is offered on an "as is" basis, without warranty of uptime or fitness for production use. Enterprise deployments are governed by the separate agreement issued when you take up an Enterprise plan; where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual property

The Apiquiti name, logo and site content belong to Apiquiti and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Apiquiti is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or sandbox.
